By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting Charis Nails Lounge, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a fair, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests and team members.

Appointments & Online Booking

Appointments are subject to availability. When booking, please provide accurate contact information so we can communicate important appointment updates.

Online booking requests are not considered confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from Charis Nails Lounge.

Service times are estimates and may vary depending on nail condition, design complexity, additional services requested, or other circumstances.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Guests arriving late may have their service shortened, modified, reassigned, or rescheduled depending on availability. We cannot guarantee that the originally requested service or design can be completed when a guest arrives later than 5 minutes.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans can change and appreciate as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Repeated cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in restrictions on future appointments, a required deposit, or walk-in-only service.

Guests with repeated no-call/no-show appointments may be refused future bookings at the discretion of management.

Service Pricing

Prices displayed online or in the salon represent starting or standard prices unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary depending on factors including:

• Nail length and shape

• Nail art or design complexity

• Product or technique selected

• Removal of existing product

• Repairs or additional nail preparation

• Additional treatments or upgrades

We encourage guests to ask for pricing before beginning a service if they have any questions.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services.

Available payment methods may vary. Any applicable discounts, promotional pricing, or cash-discount pricing will be disclosed by the salon.

Tips are appreciated but never required.

Service Satisfaction & 7-Day Guarantee

We want every guest to be happy with their service.

Eligible Gel Polish, Dip Powder, Acrylic, Gel-X, Builder Gel, BIAB, and other qualifying enhancement services are covered by our 7-day service guarantee for workmanship-related issues.

If you experience lifting, peeling, chipping, or another service-related concern, please contact Charis Nails Lounge as soon as possible and within seven days of your original appointment.

After evaluation, we may offer a complimentary repair or adjustment when appropriate.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, picking, biting, improper aftercare, occupational activities, or circumstances unrelated to the original service.

Regular Polish

Because regular nail polish is naturally more susceptible to smudging, chipping, and wear, regular polish services are not guaranteed after leaving the salon.

Complimentary repairs for regular polish are therefore not included in our service guarantee.

Refund Policy

All completed services are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us before leaving the salon whenever possible.

For concerns discovered afterward, please contact us promptly so management can review the situation. When appropriate, we may offer a repair, adjustment, or salon credit at management's discretion.

A complimentary correction, redo, or salon credit does not constitute a cash refund.

Nail Repairs & Redos

Complimentary repairs are available only when the issue qualifies under our service guarantee.

Requests involving a change of mind regarding color, shape, length, design, or service selection after the service has been completed are not considered corrections and may require an additional charge.

If another salon or individual alters the original service before we have the opportunity to inspect it, the service may no longer qualify for complimentary repair.

Nail Art & Inspiration Photos

Guests are welcome to bring inspiration photos.

We will make every reasonable effort to recreate your desired look; however, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed because nail shape, length, natural nail condition, products, techniques, lighting, and artistic interpretation may vary.

Please communicate any concerns during the service so adjustments can be made before the service is completed.

Children & Minor Guests

Children receiving services must be appropriately supervised.

Parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether a service is suitable for their child.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, children who are not receiving services should remain supervised and should not interfere with salon equipment, products, staff, or other guests.

Health & Safety

Please inform your technician before your service if you have any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, skin conditions, nail conditions, infections, or other concerns that may affect your service.

For safety reasons, Charis Nails Lounge reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service when performing the service could present a health or safety concern.

We may recommend that a guest consult a medical professional before receiving certain services.

Pedicure Services

Please notify your technician of any cuts, open wounds, infections, unusual swelling, or other concerns before beginning a pedicure.

For your safety, we may postpone or decline a pedicure when performing the service may be inappropriate or unsafe.

Head Spa & Specialty Services

Guests receiving head spa or other specialty treatments should disclose allergies, scalp sensitivity, recent procedures, injuries, or other conditions that may affect the service.

Certain treatments may not be appropriate for every guest, and Charis Nails Lounge reserves the right to modify or decline a treatment when necessary for safety.

Eyelash Services

Guests receiving eyelash services should disclose known allergies, eye irritation, recent eye procedures, or sensitivities before beginning the service.

Results and retention vary depending on natural lash cycles, lifestyle, aftercare, skin type, products used at home, and other individual factors.

Personal Belongings

Please keep personal belongings with you.

Charis Nails Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings except where responsibility is required by applicable law.

Gift Cards, Promotions & Credits

Gift cards, salon credits, vouchers, discounts, packages, and promotional offers may be subject to individual terms, expiration rules, exclusions, or service restrictions.

Promotional offers generally cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

Salon credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Technician Requests

We are happy to accommodate requests for a specific technician whenever possible; however, technician availability is not guaranteed.

In the event of scheduling changes, emergencies, absences, or delays, Charis Nails Lounge may offer another qualified technician or the option to reschedule.

Right to Refuse Service

Charis Nails Lounge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary, including situations involving threatening, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for our guests and team members.

Photography & Social Media

We may occasionally ask permission to photograph completed services for our portfolio, website, or social media.

You may decline photography at any time.

We will not intentionally use identifiable images of a guest for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep service descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, and other information on our website accurate.

However, information may be updated or corrected at any time. Website errors do not obligate Charis Nails Lounge to honor an incorrect price or service description where permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Charis Nails Lounge may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

The version in effect at the time of your appointment or transaction will apply unless otherwise required by law.
