Refund Policy

At Charis Nails Lounge, our goal is to ensure every guest leaves feeling beautiful and satisfied with their experience. Because all of our services are customized and performed by trained professionals, we do not offer refunds on services once they have been rendered. However, your happiness matters to us — and we stand behind our work.

1. Service Satisfaction

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon or within 3 days of your appointment. We’ll gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment or touch-up to ensure you’re happy with the result.

  • Adjustments must be scheduled with the same technician who originally performed the service, unless otherwise approved by management.

  • Complimentary fixes do not apply to changes in design, length, or color preference after the service is completed.

2. Product Purchases

All retail product sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.
We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged products within 7 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.

3. Appointment Deposits

Certain appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards and e-gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used toward any salon service or product.

5. Payment Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact us directly if you experience any issues before initiating a charge dispute with your bank. We will make every effort to resolve concerns professionally and fairly.
